Hello first day of fall! I've been waiting for you! Fall is my favorite season which is kind of sad considering I live in a city that doesn't really experience the true beauty of fall. Luckily, the weather this month has been a lot cooler than we've been used to in previous years, so I'm not going to complain! Fall is my favorite time for shopping because I'm so ready for a change in outfits. I'm always ready to trade in my sundresses for chunky sweaters and my sandals for ankle booties! Today I'm rounding up the 3 Must-Have Fall Shoes that everyone should own!
These are the #1 must-have, right? Ankle booties were made for the fall, although luckily we can get away with them throughout the year. I love ankle booties with a chunky heel, but flat styles are great too, as are the more dressed-up heeled version!
Loafers are a fall must-have! They take me back to my grade school days but there are so many stylish styles right now, with cool details like bows and fringe!
Even in fall you need a dressy shoe option! I love the feminine lace-up heels, even if they take a little longer to put on. They're so flattering and add visual interest to any outfit.
"It’s time to figure out your go-to wardrobe staples for fall. As you can see if you follow me on Instagram, thus far my essentials are: ankle booties, brown handbags, this hat and I am adding this adorable denim dress to my autumn repertoire."- Livvyland
"I stress buying pieces that you can wear at least three different ways (if not more) and items you can restyle for transitioning into the next season. Of course some pieces may not transition, those you can store and pull out again." - Savvynista
"Easing into the sock trend, I decided to begin with what I’d call stage one of this trend by pairing socks with ankle boots." - Velvet and Vino
"When I first saw these jeans, I thought they’d be much more cropped, but then I realized the mannequin was simply much taller than I was. However, when I paired them with these half-boots, they were perfect." - Bonjour Blue
"Now that our toes have had substantial freedom and fresh air for some three months, our sandals are starting to feel a little predictable and our boots are starting to look like just the remedy." - The Party of Two
