Marissa Webb wows with delicate (yet edgy) Spring/Summer 2017 collection

Updated

The minute we thought we could predict the next ensemble to make it down the catwalk at Marissa Webb's Spring/Summer 2017 show at The Gallery in NYC Thursday, Webb threw us for a loop -- in the best way possible.

While basic black and white were dominant elements, Webb kicked off the show with gorgeous blush and pink pieces and ended it on a bright note with yellow charmeuse. Let's not forget the military green and ivory she sprinkled throughout.

Considering Webb's history as former Banana Republic Creative Director, it's no surprise that the wide range of styles that made it down the runway were highly wearable.

Take a peek for yourself:

There were high-waisted, cinched trousers to turn anyone into a stylish showstopper in the office; black leather pieces to sport on a night out; and sweet, white cotton mini dresses that are sure to become vacation staples.

Oh, and if you're all about ruffles and peplum, you'll be in your element.
