It's time to get a move on with holiday shopping -- but beware! It can be really easy to get ripped off during the heaviest shopping season of the year. Plus, with the growth of e-commerce, online shoppers can be targeted by hackers and other cybersecurity criminals.

BeFrugal recently compiled the 10 online shopping hacks everyone needs to save money and stay safe this year.

In addition to stacking rewards and "liking" stores on social media to get their insider deals, BeFrugal recommends opting for the "ship to store" option while shopping online to take advantage of free shipping. You'll still have to head to the store to pick your gift up, but if you're at the shopping center for other shopping anyway, it's a great option.
