Jennifer Lawrence's on-set nudity made people uncomfortable

Jennifer Lawrence was so comfortable — she made others uncomfortable.

The Oscar-winning actress opened up about her experience filming her new flick "Red Sparrow" and told Entertainment Tonight that her nudity in the movie, and on the set, was oddly comforting — at least for her.

"Everybody made me feel so comfortable that I probably at a certain point started making everybody else uncomfortable," she told ET. "Because I'd be like, 'I don't want the robe. I'm hot. I'm eating.' Everybody's like, 'She needs to cover up.'"

Lawrence, 27, exposes her breasts and behind on the big screen during a number of sex scenes and torture scenes as she portrays a Russian spy.

She said that her past insecurities were not as prevalent during the film, because of a combination of increased confidence and working with someone she trusts — "Hunger Games" director Francis Lawrence.

"I don't have the same fear and insecurity in that one specific area that I used to," she shared.

Francis Lawrence also explained how important their working relationship was to making the film work.

"I trust her. I think she definitely trusts me," he said of the actress. "I'd like to think that it would be harder for her to say yes to a movie like this with somebody else, with somebody who's a stranger. It certainly made it easier to communicate about some of the content within the movie because we knew each other so well but that was definitely a positive thing."

"Red Sparrow" hits theaters March 2 and also stars Joel Edgerton, Matthias Schoenaerts and Jeremy Irons.
