Betsey Johnson rings in 75: See the fearless designer through the years

Think your 21st birthday party was the ultimate blowout? It wouldn't hold a candle to Betsey Johnson's 75th.

The iconic designer rang in her milestone birthday with a big, bold custom cake, a boozy brunch and bright-green highlights. Although she shows no signs of slowing down, it was a picture-perfect celebration of her incredible career, which launched more than fifty years ago.

Just a few days ahead of her 75th, Betsey attended the ACE Awards, where Victoria Justice presented her with a well-deserved Style Icon Award -- and another massive custom cake.

As she took the stage, she gave the world's most perfect life update: "I live in a trailer park in Paradise Cove and I met the hottest, cutest, most fabulous guy in a coffee shop, and I've been so happy I really could die," she declared.
