Hailey Baldwin is Maxim's sexiest woman of the year!

The 20-year-old model snagged the coveted top spot on this year's 100-person list, dethroning 2016 winner Stella Maxwell.

Hailey shared her smokin' hot Maxim cover, which was shot by famed photographer Gilles Bensimon, on Instagram Tuesday morning. With a quick glimpse at the alluring cover, which shows off her bombshell curves, gorgeous complexion and all-around beauty, it's clear why she won!

The blonde bombshell flaunted her assets -- including a little bit of butt cheek -- in the sexy fishnet getup while sitting in an ornate chair. She was photographed in a very suggestive pose, though she did cover her breasts with her arms and hands.

Inside the magazine, she continued to show off her perfect physique in a series of scandalous lingerie-clad snapshots, including one in which she poses in just a bra in front of a Parisian background.

The prestigious honor is well-deserved for Stephen Baldwin's daughter, who has had a pretty incredible past year. Hailey, who began modeling at 17 years old, has graced the pages of world-famous magazines like Elle and Vogue and has been the face of numerous brands, like Guess. She can now add this Maxim honor to her already impressive resume!

"I know, it's really underwhelming," Baldwin joked while discussing the honor with Maxim.

She also calls superstars like Kendall Jenner and Bella Hadid some of her best friends, often sharing photos with them for her 10 million Instagram followers to see, so it's safe to say the blonde beauty is living the life we all wish we had.
