Ryan Seacrest moves in with girlfriend Shayna Taylor

It's been a big month for Ryan Seacrest!

Seacrest, 42, just started co-hosting "Live!" with Kelly Ripa, continues to host his radio show "On Air With Ryan Seacrest," and there may be an "American Idol" hosting gig in the works.

In the midst of all this chaos, the TV and radio personality also decided to take a big step with girlfriend Shayna Taylor by moving in together, according to People. Seacrest and the 26-year-old personal chef share his new Manhattan pad.

They reconnected over the last year after dating several years ago. The two sparked reconciliation rumors when they were spotted together in Venice in December 2016.

Seacrest has dated a number of women in the industry, the most notable being "Dancing With the Stars" judge Julianne Hough. Ryan recently opened up about why he hasn't gotten engaged, despite several long-term relationships, during a chat with Ripa.

Ryan explained that he was close to getting engaged, but ended up not popping the question.

"I did get close and I didn't do it and it was the right move. But I love the idea -- and I know you're going to ask me -- of marriage because my parents have been married for 47 years, and so I have this thing -- and you've been married 21."

Seacrest admitted he didn't want to "screw it up and a lot of times they get screwed up," but he does think about it. Hmm, will he add an engagement to his already major 2017?! Only time will tell.

Despite his jam-packed schedule, it seems like everything is going swimmingly for Seacrest during his first couple weeks at "Live!"

Ripa recently gushed about Seacrest to People:

"He is just so professional and kind to everyone -- and it's not just 'on-camera kind.' He doesn't turn it on and off. He's kind backstage, and he's kind first thing in the morning."
