Report: No plans for 'Flip or Flop' season 8

It may finally be the end for beloved HGTV hit "Flip or Flop."

Estranged couple Christina and Tarek El Moussa have finished filming season 7, but there are reportedly no plans for season 8.

"'They won't go beyond what they've already shot. There will be only the spin-off shows with the new couples in different cities," a network source told In Touch. "Season 7 is their last."

And it seems like Christina doesn't have a problem with parting with the show, as she's reportedly set her sights on flying solo. The source added that El Moussa is "shopping an interior design show around. [Christina] has impressed several people. They think she's a hot commodity."

HGTV denied the reports, but didn't mention anything past season 7 in their response: "'Flip or Flop' still is in active production on season 7 of the series. No additional new info to share beyond that statement."

Tarek filed for divorce back in January, and things were anything but cordial the first couple of weeks after the bombshell announcement. However, it looks like their relationship has taken a positive turn as of late:

"We're actually getting along really, really well right now," Christina explained, adding that they figured out how to work together amicably by "letting go of past resentment, living in the future and remembering that kids are the priority."

The mom-of-two recently made headlines over a bikini snapshot on Snapchat. Christina flaunted her rock-hard abs (which she credits to running) while spending some quality time with her six-year-old daughter.

Just a couple of days later, she turned heads in a totally glam black gown -- a sophisticated look we're not used to seeing from her. Absolutely stunning!
