In the accompanying cover shoot, which AOL Entertainment can exclusively reveal, he's shown wearing a series of high-fashion looks that suit his boy next door good looks.

Hough also opened up about the shocking interruption by a protester on the series premiere of the latest season of ABC's "Dancing With the Stars" and defended Ryan Lochte, who was the alleged reason for the protest.

"For me it flipped a switch and I went up there in my rhinestone jacket, might I add, it bothered me," he told LaPalme. "I told them they had to leave. Especially when somebody's vulnerable and they're trying to do something good and they're doing the right things to try to make things right, like Ryan was on the show."

Hough fiercely backs Lochte and notes that he had already apologized for his fabricated story from the Rio Olympics. Lochte had initially told to Billy Bush on the "Today" show back in August, one month before the protest occurred.

"He was taking the right steps to try and make things right from what happened at the Olympics," Hough explained. "He apologized and he was trying to move forward. All of us have done way worse, let's be honest with ourselves. My father once told me 'It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice' and I follow that."
