American Music Awards 2016: Complete list of winners

The 2016 American Music Awards kicked off live from Los Angeles on Sunday night, and the night is set to feature some major moments with music's hottest stars.

Drake heads into the night with the most nominations, though he's curiously not nominated for the night's biggest award, Artist of the Year.

Who will take home the night's top prize? Justin Bieber will take on ex Selena Gomez, along with Ariana Grande, Rihanna and Carrie Underwood for the biggest award of the evening.

DNCE, Alessia Cara, The Chainsmokers, Shawn Mendes and Zayn will battle it out for New Artist of the Year.
