The 32-year-old actress took to Instagram on Monday to share the first photo of her growing baby bump -- and it's absolutely adorable!

The Grey's Anatomy star revealed that she was pregnant just last week, with a cute pumpkin-themed Instagram announcement.
"I am SO excited to FINALLY share with you all news that [I've] managed to keep secret for what seems like forever now... I am pregnant!!!!!!" the British actress wrote. "This girl gets to be a 'cool mom' ha!"
