Kim Kardashian says she's done talking about Taylor Swift

The Kim Kardashian-Taylor Swift-Kanye West narrative was a good read while it lasted. A real page-turner, for sure. But as happens with most sagas, the time has come to put the book down and let it collect some dust.

Kim Kardashian is still very much done talking about Taylor Swift, she now tells Billboard, coming dangerously close to sharing Taylor's own deep anxiety about oversaturation: "Ugh, do we really have to talk about Taylor Swift? ... I'm so over it. If it were up to Kanye, it all would probably never have come out," she said, referring to the argument that played out in the tabloids over whether Swift gave Kardashian's husband Kanye West permission to disparage her in his song "Famous," which led to Kardashian leaking the footage of Swift giving her approval of the line on Snapchat after Swift denied that fact. "He can handle it, he has no hard feelings. He doesn't even really care. I just wanted to protect my husband. I saw him getting a lot of shit."

In fact, Kim never intended for the story to be such a best-seller — more like a cult classic e-book. "It wasn't even about a look or anything, or to have this feud," she says. "It was like, 'OK, here's the truth.' Done. Let's all move on. I feel like I don't want to talk about her anymore." Fair enough, but there are plenty of other ways to talk about Taylor without using words. Like, say, by releasing any other damning video evidence she might have encrypted on her phone. We can be all ears and eyes, Kim.
