The real house is 12 Picket Post Close in the town of Bracknell, a suburb in Berkshire.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the three bedroom home has been fully renovated and features a large backyard space.

Yes -- it even has the cupboard under the stairs if you really want to feel like 'The Boy Who Lived'.

This isn't the first time the magical home has been on the market. In 2003 it sold for $325,000 and again in 2010 for $378,000.

Despite the homes iconic past, the house is priced as average for the area.

The best part -- Muggles are welcomed.
