Hard to believe it was once called The Learning Channel. Looks like ever since they have taken a turn toward downscale reality shows, Discovery and TLC have nurtured stars with a knack for making trouble.

The eldest of the kids on TLC's "19 Kids and Counting" molested five underage girls, four of them his sisters, according to a police report. He later said he had "acted inexcusably" as a teen.
