Taraji P. Henson and 'Hidden Figures' cast get emotional during 2017 SAG Awards speech: 'Love wins every time'

The 2017 SAG Awards ended in tears.

Taraji P. Henson and the rest of the "Hidden Figures" cast took to the stage to accept the last award of the night, for Outstanding Performance By a Cast In a Motion Picture, and the actress' fiery speech definitely got everyone emotional.

Henson first began by paying tribute to the real-life "Hidden Figures" who the award-winning movie is based on: "We stand on the shoulders of these women ... We would not know how to reach the stars without these women. They did not complain about the issues, they focused on solutions. They put men in space."

The comments sparked a standing ovation from the crowd and got her co-stars, especially Octavia Spencer and Janelle Monae, totally fired up.

She then continued with a broader message, taking aim at the tumultuous political climate in America recently marked by President Donald Trump's executive order banning those from seven Muslim-predominant countries from entering the U.S.

"When we put our differences aside and we come together as a human race, we win. Love wins every time."

While all this is happening, it's clear Octavia can barely hold it together while Janelle is passionately fist pumping.

The "Empire" star ended her poignant speech in the most fitting way:

"We are hidden figures no more."
