Kellyanne Conway says she can juggle White House and motherhood for lack of golf game or mistress

President-elect Donald Trump's campaign manager and newly appointed presidential counselor Kellyanne Conway said she will have no problem serving in the White House and being a mother because she doesn't have a mistress and doesn't play golf.

During an interview on Thursday morning, FOX Business host Maria Bartiromo brought up a recent comment from FOX News' Juan Williams, who questioned how Conway would juggle being a counselor to the president as well as being a mother of four children.

"I would say that I don't play golf and I don't have a mistress, so I have a lot of time that a lot of these other men don't," Conway sharply responded. "I see people on the weekend spending an awful lot of time on their golf games and that's their right, but the kids will be with me, we live in the same house, and they come first. Everyone has to do what's best for their family and that's why I didn't jump immediately on a position that was offered to me early in the transition because there's a lot to weigh. My children are 12, 12, 8 and 7, but I certainly hope too that we continue the conversation as a nation about the balance that many men and women face."

The trusted Trump advisor and strategist was previously offered the position of press secretary but declined. Conway said the future press secretary will be announced soon and that she will be working closely with them moving forward.
