Graduate receives hilarious 'gift' from dad

Graduation is always an exciting time -- and usually a time for congratulatory gifts as well. For one Reddit user, however, his dad used it as an opportunity for a huge gag gift -- literally.

Dalton Ross, a graduate of Belmont University, shared a photo of he and his father exchanging the present:

It's a comically big check ... made out for $4. The reason? "Finally succeeding at something," according to the check.

Ross' post instantly went viral, garnering thousands of comments. While Ross obtained a degree in Television Production, perhaps his father studied sarcasm in school instead.
