'Jersey Shore' star Deena Cortese is engaged to longtime love Chris Buckner: See the giant ring!
Another meatball is off the market! Jersey Shore alum Deena Nicole Cortese took to Instagram on Saturday to share the exciting news of her engagement with fans.
It all started when her longtime boyfriend, Chris Buckner, surprised her with a romantic getaway for their 5th anniversary.

"When you think you're just going away for a night for your 5 year anniversary then find out your boyfriend made sure you have off from work but tells your friends at work to make it look like you're still on the schedule then he surprises you with a weekend getaway! Whatttt.. I can't believe he pulled this off," Cortese captioned a pic holding up her travel plans on Thursday.
But clearly the trip wasn't the only surprise that Buckner was able to pull off.

The former reality star took to Instagram on Saturday to share a photo of her new engagement ring while kissing her man and toasting with some champagne.
"I always knew I would spend the rest of my life with Christopher.. But last night while we were walking on the Beach in Mexico he made it official!! We're engaged!!!!!" Cortese wrote.
She also shared a collage of pics of her giant new rock, writing, "I felt like the other pictures didn't show how beautiful the ring was.. The pic on the left was me a little after he proposed after I was finished happy sobbing lol Christopher did such an amazing job picking me out the perfect ring.. It fits my little hand perfectly... This still all doesn't feel real!!! I love you @cbuckner_ this weekend has been amazing so far."

The pair have been together a long time and even participated in VH1's Couples Therapy back in 2014. Cortese has also stayed close with the Jersey Shore cast, serving as a bridesmaid in JWoww's 2015 wedding.
