Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson is People's Sexiest Man Alive 2016

'Dwayne Johnson aka 'The Rock' just got some serious bragging rights after People Magazine named him The Sexiest Man Alive for 2016.

The 44-year-old actor was bestowed the big honor early Tuesday with the magazine calling him, "sweet, smart — and sculpted."

Johnson remained humble about the big news and joked that he doesn't know where he can go from here.

"I thought, 'Wow, we've pretty much reached the pinnacle,'" Johnson said, reacting to his new title. "I'm not quite too sure where we go from here. I've done it all, this is it."

Johnson, who is set to star in the Disney animation film "Moana" this holiday season, says that probably what makes him sexy is that he's a pretty relatable guy and his fans know that.

"Ah, a sense of humor," he said in the story of what makes him sexy. "And I think probably just not trying to be sexy and just being cool and confident in your movies. I think with a lot of my fans, I've gotten to a very, very cool place where there's a direct line between the man they know off-screen and the man they see onscreen."

Johnson is definitely in good company on People's Sexiest Man Alive list. Past winners have included Chris Hemsworth, David Beckham, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon and George Clooney.
