Supporters send Hillary Clinton 1,000 roses

This past week has been a rough one for many, and no doubt Hillary Clinton is among them.

In an effort to lift her spirits, UltraViolet, a group dedicated to expanding the rights of women, sent her 1,000 roses, reports Mashable.

On Friday, Jenna Lowenstein, a digital director for Clinton, tweeted a photo of the very generous gift and wrote, "Someone sent 1000 red roses to @HillaryClinton. She brought them to distribute at our staff party tonight. Of course."

Clinton staffers shared other uplifting photos that day.

Among them were pictures of children leaving chalk message on the sidewalk near Clinton's campaign headquarters in Brooklyn, notes KTRK.
