On the eve of Election Day, a jam-packed lineup will join Hillary Clinton on the campaign trail at one of her last 'Get Out the Vote' rallies.

After a stop in Allendale, Michigan at 2 p.m., Clinton is hosting a rally at Independence Hall in Philadelphia on Monday night. The Democratic presidential nominee will be joined by her family, President Obama and first lady Michelle Obama and musicians Bruce Springsteen and Jon Bon Jovi.

The event is slated to kick off at 7:30 p.m. EST.
