What a week it's been in the world of sports. History was made on Wednesday as the Chicago Cubs, longtime lovable losers, won their first World Series since 1908 -- a championship drought that spanned 108 years.

Though we're now without baseball every night, the NBA and NHL seasons are both in full swing, giving sports fanatics plenty to watch.

College and professional football continued to take up the entire weekend, with highlights including Rob Gronkowski's 69th career touchdown, which set the all-time record for the Patriots organization.
