Can't keep his hands to himself!

Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi got a little, well, handsy at the Obamas' final state dinner on Tuesday night.

Renzi was caught on camera putting on quite an affectionate display with Michelle Obama as he and his wife were greeted in front of the White House.

A photo showed what appears to be his hand grazing the first lady's rear-end, while another captured his arm completely wrapped around her.

Hmm ... here's hoping the president doesn't see those pictures!

President Barack Obama promised they "saved the best for last" at their final state dinner -- and he and his wife clearly didn't disappoint.

The American leader looked dapper in a sleek tuxedo, but it was his better half who made heads turn.

The first lady stole the show in a custom-made Versace rose gold chainmail gown. She showed off her signature arms and famous curves in the slinky gown. As to not deter any attention from the dress, she kept her makeup and hairstyle simple and subdued.

Agnese Landini, the Italian prime minister's wife, also sparkled in a unique gown of her own. The brunette beauty chose a strapless silver gown with intricate embroidery for the fancy dinner. She matched the look with a shawl and clutch of the same hue.

Famous U.S. and Italian figures like comedian Jerry Seinfeld, chef Rachael Ray and fashion designer Giorgio Armani were all in attendance. Gwen Stefani performed some of her musical hits at the grand event with beau Blake Shelton as her hunky date.
