Kerry Washington welcomes baby No. 2

Kerry Washington is a new mama.

The Scandal star gave birth to her second child Oct. 5, reports E! News. Washington, 39, and husband Nnamdi Asomugha, 35, welcomed a baby boy named Caleb Kelechi Asomugha.

The couple, who remain quiet about their personal lives, are already parents to two-year-old daughter Isabelle, who was born in April 2014. The duo secretly married in Hailey, Idaho, in June 2013.

Washington debuted her baby bump at this year's Met Gala in May, stepping out in a sequined Marc Jacobs gown with a thigh-high slit.

Washington's rep did not immediately respond to The Hollywood Reporter's request for comment.
