Fifth grader's love letter to crush is extremely adorable
First crushes are often cute, especially if they're between two children. One little boy was so smitten with his crush that he went the extra mile and wrote her a letter.
The recipient's uncle shared the note on Reddit, because it's pretty stunning:
My niece is in 5th grade and got her first love note. This 5th grader has more game than I'll ever have. from funny
The fifth grader said that his heart was "like broken glass" before meeting this girl. He says he likes that she plays Zelda, "even if people think it's wierd [sic]."

He goes on, saying that if she liked him it would be his "first ever victory." All the i's are dotted with hearts, and he signs the letter with love.
The note quickly went viral and garnered thousands of comments. It's clear that even if Abby did not appreciate the note, the Internet as a whole certainly did.
