Another NFL Sunday is in the books. And while plenty of teams had reason to celebrate, there were just as many people around football that would love a mulligan.

So without further ado: Welcome to the National Fail League, Week 5 edition.

Tyrod Taylor

When the quarterback isn't lined up directly behind the ball, bad things are bound to happen -- and that's exactly how it went down on Sunday during the Bills-Rams game in Los Angeles.

During a lapse in concentration, Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor lined up in the shotgun, behind the left guard instead of the center. The result? A snap that flew several yards behind Taylor, and a blown play. No harm, no foul, though, as Buffalo still won handily on the road.

To his credit, a 72-yard touchdown and another score was good enough to give the Steelers receiver one of the best performances of the week -- but it could have been even better.

If the young receiver has a flaw, it's his hands -- Coates dropped a pair of passes that could've been easy touchdowns, which would've made his outing even more memorable. Instead, he had to settle for six catches for 139 yards and two touchdowns in the win. Not too shabby.

Jeff Fisher

Leave it to Jeff Fisher to call on his punt team to get a crucial first down while trailing in the final minutes of a close game. Of course, the fake punt attempt was unsuccessful, all but sealing the win for Los Angeles at the Coliseum.

Washington defensive line coach Robb Akey

Chest bumps are all in good fun -- except when you're on the receiving end of one from a 330-pound defensive end. Washington line coach Robb Akey found out the hard way, taking a nasty spill -- but basking in the glory of another victory on Sunday against Baltimore.

Drew Kaser

Unfortunately for the rookie, San Diego may soon be looking elsewhere for a new punter in the coming days. Kaser endured one of the worst punter performances imaginable on Sunday, shanking a miserable 17-yard punt in the second half of a close game, and ending it by botching a perfect snap on a field goal attempt that could've tied the game.
