Young boy wants to give a doughnut to every cop in America

Eight-year-old Tyler Carach is on a mission to bring joy to every single police officer in the U.S.

He wants to present them each with a doughnut.

The mission started when he saw some officers in a store, and he decided to buy each of them a doughnut with his own money, according to INSIDE EDITION.

Tyler saw how grateful those cops were, and decided to spread the joy across the country.

Doughnut shops have joined in to donate to the cause, INSIDE EDITION reports.

Tyler's mother says every officer he has encountered has been grateful -- especially with all of the negative stories about the police in the news lately.
