Human tower building is your new favorite sport
If you can think it, there's probably a competition for it.
The latest mesmerizing photos bound to take the internet by storm come from Spain's biannual Human Tower competition. The gravity defying competition takes place in Tarragona on the outskirts of Barcelona, where each team works together to build a 'castell'. They receive points based on difficulty and how intricate the tower is. A castell is only considered to be complete if the human tower is formed without losing any team members in the process.
Team members of 'Castellers de Vilafranca'; featured in the images above wearing red bandanas and aquamarine blue shirts, were the winners of this years competition.
