Miami Dolphins vs. Cincinnati Bengals (CIN -8)
Thursday, 8:25 p.m. ET
Reuters
The Dolphins needed an overtime to secure a win against Cleveland, which was less than promising. Cincinnati needs a win to get back on track before a meeting with Dallas in Week 5, and that's exactly what they'll do.
Pick: Bengals
Indianapolis Colts vs. Jacksonville Jaguars (IND -2.5)
Sunday, 9:30 a.m. ET
Reuters
Indianapolis has gotten off to a slow start, but Jacksonville is in even worse shape. After an offseason filled with hype, the Jags are 0-3 -- and a loss to the Colts in London could already throw a sizable wrench into their postseason plans.
Pick: Colts
Buffalo Bills vs. New England Patriots (NE -6)
Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
Reuters
Who's starting under center for New England? Does it matter? Probably not. New England handled Houston with ease last Thursday night with Jacoby Brissett manning the controls, and it's tough to see the Bills -- despite coming off their best game of the season -- taking one at Gillette.
Pick: Patriots
Tennessee Titans vs. Houston Texans (HOU -5)
Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
Reuters
Houston will need to prove that Week 3's blowout loss was a fluke, and a home game against the Titans is the perfect setting to get back on track. This will be the team's first game without JJ Watt since he was drafted in 2011, and they'll have some figuring out to do -- but this one shouldn't prove to be too difficult.
Pick: Texans
Detroit Lions vs. Chicago Bears (DET -3)
Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
Reuters
Detroit has battled through some issues on both sides of the ball early this year, but Chicago may compete with Cleveland for the league's worst record.
Pick: Lions
Carolina Panthers vs. Atlanta Falcons (CAR -3)
Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
Reuters
The Falcons have a chance to get out to a sizable lead in the NFC East with a home win -- especially with Tampa Bay taking on Denver. But it's hard to expect Caroilna's offense to struggle as much as it did last week. This should be a close one, and could very well end up being closer than the three points Vegas is calling.
Pick: Panthers
Seattle Seahawks vs. New York Jets (SEA -2.5)
Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
Reuters
New York is coming off its worst game in recent memory, in which Ryan Fitzpatrick completed six passes to the opposite team -- and now have to face the Seawhawks' defense. This one smells like trouble for the Jets -- with or without Russell Wilson.
Pick: Seahawks
Oakland Raiders vs. Baltimore Ravens (BAL -3.5)
Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
Reuters
Baltimore faces its toughest opponent of the season in Oakland after beating up on three subpar opponents. It's also a chance for Oakland to move to 3-1 for the first time in more than a decade. Don't rule out a Raiders upset at M&T Bank Stadium.
Pick: Raiders
Cleveland Browns vs. Washington Redskins (WAS -7.5)
Sunday, 1 p.m. ET
Reuters
Washington enjoyed an encouraging, come-from-behind win at New York last Sunday, and they'll have a chance to put together some nice momentum heading into a road matchup with Baltimore in Week 5.
Pick: Redskins
Denver Broncos vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (DEN -3)
Sunday, 4:05 p.m. ET
Reuters
Tampa Bay's defense has been a struggle to watch over the first three weeks, and Trevor Siemian is coming off his best game as a pro. Factor in how Jameis Winston played against another talented defense in Airzona, and this one shapes up to be another win for the Broncos.
Pick: Broncos
Los Angeles Rams vs. Arizona Cardinals (ARI -7.5)
Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET
Reuters
For the first time all season, the Rams' offense had its way and put some serious numbers on the board against Tampa in Week 3 -- but don't expect them to have similar fortune on the road against Arizona.
Pick: Cardinals
Dallas Cowboys vs. San Francisco 49ers (DAL -2)
Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET
Reuters
Dak Prescott has his first NFL touchdown pass under his belt, and Ezekiel Elliott is performing just as expected. If things keep progressing as they have been, Dallas should escape San Francisco with a victory.
Pick: Cowboys
New Orleans Saints vs. San Diego Chargers (SD -4)
Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET
Reuters
Drew Brees and the Saints have stumbled out to an 0-3 start, but San Diego presents a chance to finally get on the board. With the Chargers lacking multiple weapons already due to injury, the Saints may finally have found an opponent that won't completely torch their defense.
Pick: Saints
Kansas City Chiefs vs. Pittsburgh Steelers (PIT -4.5)
Sunday, 8:30 p.m. ET
Reuters
Kansas City has plenty of momentum following a dominant performance at home against the Jets, and Pittsburgh is coming off a deflating outing against Philly where it failed to score a touchdown. But the home crowd at Heinz Field is always a tough one to play in front of as a visitor, and could be a decisive factor here.
Pick: Steelers
New York Giants vs. Minnesota Vikings (MIN -5)
Monday, 8:30 p.m. ET
Reuters
Even with Sam Bradford under center, the Vikings seem to be a legit contender. The Giants are coming off a performance that was reminiscent of their putrid 2015, blowing a lead late to Washington. The Vikes' new stadium will surely be rowdy for this primetime matchup, and the Giants may not get the opportunity to get a lead in the first place -- let alone blow it.
Pick: Vikings
