Cristiano Ronaldo's private jet crashed while trying to land in Barcelona

Cristiano Ronaldo's luxurious private Gulfstream jet crashed while trying to land in Barcelona on Monday. The soccer star was not on board when the terrifying accident occurred.

According to witnesses, the plane's landing gear broke on impact and ran off the runway upon landing.

Thankfully, no one on board was seriously injured – the pilot was treated for minor injuries only.

Ronaldo regularly rents out the $19 million plane to different companies, and it was in use by one of them during the crash.
