WATCH LIVE: Donald Trump rallies in North Carolina

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is set to rally in Asheville, North Carolina Monday evening.

The GOP nominee spoke earlier Monday afternoon at the National Guard Association Conference in Baltimore. Trump also made a campaign stop in Illinois on Monday to attend a fundraiser at Bolingbrook Golf Club in Bolingbrook.

This is Trump's second trip to the battleground state in less than a last week. The event is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. ET at the U.S. Cellular Center.

Trumps rival Hillary Clinton was diagnosed with pneumonia on Friday. The diagnosis became public on Sunday after the Democratic candidate was forced to leave New York City's 9/11 memorial service early after falling ill.
