Be transported to the beach with Jonathan Simkhai's spring 2017 collection

A relatively new designer on the NYFW scene (his first runway show was in 2015), Jonathan Simkhai looks an awful lot like he knows what he's doing.

Macrame beach coverups and loose-fitting silk dresses in ivory made us forget, just for a moment, the sweltering New York City heat and yearn for another month of summer.

Every piece was more beautifully crafted than the last, boasting intricate details slightly reminiscent of Givenchy -- giving a super classy and chic 'high fashion-meets-sun-and-sand' vibe.
