Stressed out mom receives unlikely help during a flight

Traveling is stressful to begin with, and traveling with children can heighten that stress. One woman was not only flying alone with her children, but she was also pregnant. Another passenger was able to provide a little bit of help and brighten her day in the process.

Georgia resident Angela Byrd saw it all happen, and posted about it on the Everything Georgia Facebook page:

Byrd explained that the woman was flying alone and her son was "upset and fussy." A man came up to her and told her he was a father himself and wanted to help her.

"He walked the aisle most of the flight from Minneapolis to Atlanta," the post said, "comforting this woman's son as if he was his own."

Byrd was in tears by the end, "because it showed me today that there are still GOOD people out there in a world full of turmoil."

Other people seem to feel the same way, as the post has received thousands of comments praising this anonymous dad.
