Meet Filbert, a very rare albino squirrel.

These little guys are so rare that they only occur once in every 100,000 grey squirrels.

Filbert was found in an attic with his siblings and taken in by the Antler-Ridge Wildlife Sanctuary.

At first, staffers didn't know Filbert was albino because all squirrels are white when they are born.

Their darker fur comes in as they grow, but not Filbert!

After 12 weeks the litter was ready to return to the wild, but the sanctuary decided to keep Filbert.

His white color makes him an easy target for predators and albino animals have weaker eyesight.

Filbert's two sisters, Hazel and Macadamia, also stayed behind to keep Filbert company.

What an adorable little squirrel family!
