Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh is known for his intensity. And in a sport where fitness is required to excel, his nutrition philosophy is on another level.

This alarming fitness proclamation came on one of his mid-season radio shows in 2015. And maybe Harbaugh doesn't really know what falls into the vitamin class, but he obviously big on making health a priority.

"I truly believe the No. 1 natural steroid is sleep and the No. 2 natural steroid is milk, whole milk," Harbaugh said. "Three would be water. Four would be steak."

His metaphorical explanation seems to work, so we won't argue. Eat your steak, kids.
