If you're a resident of Mississippi or Louisiana (or live close by) you're in luck – the two states will be holding major sales tax discounts on guns and gun-related products.

Mississippi's tax exemptions will include firearms, ammunition and hunting materials during the weekend of August 26-28.

Louisiana's exemptions will include purchases of commercial firearms during Labor Day weekend from September 2-4.

These states are Montana, Delaware, New Hampshire, Oregon and Alaska – five states that don't have any sales tax whatsoever.
