Kanye West to appear at 2016 MTV Video Music Awards
The MTV Video Music Awards would not be complete without a cameo from Moonman-grabber Kanye West. An MTV spokesperson confirms that Yeezy will be at Madison Square Garden for Sunday night's ceremony on Aug. 28. His wife, Kim Kardashian, will also be on-hand for this year's VMAs as a presenter.
Rumor has it that 'Ye has also been given a four-minute slot to do whatever 'Ye pleases, a source close to production tells TMZ.

Anytime Kanye is invited to the party, the internet explodes. Last year, West was named the 2015 Video Vanguard recipient and used the platform to announce he would be running for president in 2020 during his acceptance speech.

Flip back to the 2009 VMAs and the rapper-cum-designer also hijacked Taylor Swift's acceptance speech after she won the trophy for best female video for "You Belong With Me." West then stormed the stage to proclaim, "But Beyonce had the best video of all time."
