Dairy and sugar free fudge pops

Before you go, we thought you'd like these...

Fudge pops make everything better. Fudge pops are a summer staple. I love reinventing those old school childhood treats into something healthy you can happily indulge in, sans guilt. The best part about these fudge pops is that they contain 4 ingredients. Yup, 4 simple ingredients, blend, freeze, and you have the most amazing fudgesicles you've ever had.

These fudge pops are made with one can of full fat coconut milk, 8 dates for sweetness, half a cup of raw cacao powder, and a teaspoon of vanilla. That's it! Did I mention they are sugar free? The dates give them just the right amount of sweetness while filling them with fiber, vitamins and minerals.

Blend until super smooth; pour into ice pop molds and in the freezer they go! Try not to pace the kitchen waiting for them to freeze, sticking your finger in every few minutes to check like I do. They do take a few hours to freeze. I know from experience, they are so worth the wait.

I hope these fudge pops keep you nice and cool during these hot summer days. They certainly have been doing the trick for me!
