A Los Angeles County judge reportedly issued an arrest warrant for Tyga on Tuesday morning (Aug. 9) after the rapper was a no-show for a hearing at a Santa Monica court regarding a lawsuit filed by his former landlord.

The West Coast MC (real name Michael Ray Stevenson) is accused of owing his ex-landlord, Gholamreza Rezai, a payment of $480,000 for his Malibu home, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Tyga has had some fickle financial issues in the past. His 2013 Lamborghini Aventador and 2014 Bentley Mulsanne were reportedly repossessed earlier this year after he allegedly failed to pay the car loan company, Choice Motor Credit, $357,000 and $91,000 on each ride, respectively. Among the assets under scrutiny reportedly include the $200,000 black Maybach he copped for his on-and-off again girlfriend Kylie Jenner, which she shared on Twitter.

Bail is reportedly set for $10,000. A rep for Tyga and a lawyer for the landlord did not immediately respond to Billboard's requests for comment.
