Age, it's nothing but a number.

Just ask Lev Glazman, co-founder of Fresh. The brand turns 25 this summer. And it remains a major beauty staple (watch our interview with "Allure" EIC Michelle Lee, who knows her way around a gloss and a shadow, above).

"Brands often get nostalgic when they're celebrating a milestone anniversary. But as pioneers of so many firsts in the industry, we decided that for our 25th anniversary we wanted to look forward instead of looking back," says Glazman. "I'm so lucky that I get to do what I love every day, and I'm looking forward to the next 25 years of innovation and many more firsts to come."
