Vin Diesel becomes first actor to reach 100 million likes on Facebook

What does actor Vin Diesel have in common with world famous soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo and international music sensation Shakira?

All three celebs attract swarms of fans on social media and have amassed more than 100 million likes each on Facebook!

In fact, Diesel just became the first actor to reach the milestone.

He's the third person to do so following Shakira and Ronaldo, and other famous-types were quick to congratulate him.

Diesel's co-stars from 'The Fast and the Furious' franchise reached out, including Michelle Rodriguez who posted a fun video mocking Dr. Evil from Austin Powers.

If you're wondering why Diesel's Facebook page receives so many likes, it might be because he uses it as a platform to share updates on his latest projects.

He recently shared the trailer of the new movie he's working on, 'xXx Return of Xander Cage', and it broke a viewing record for Paramount Pictures.

His most liked post is one he shares with fallen co-star Paul Walker which gathered 7.7 million likes.

Diesel may not be able to move his hips like Shakira or score like Ronaldo, but he does share their capacity for social media stardom!
