Dog Looking For Home Again After Adopted Family Of 10 Years Dumps Him

A German shepherd is in need of a new home after his owners surrendered him to the same shelter he was adopted from nearly 10 years ago, reports The Dodo.

The website PetConnect.Us shared the story of the dog named Lobo along with side-by-side photos of him at Lancaster Animal Care Center in California as a puppy and adult.

The post states that "the reason Lobo's owners gave for surrendering and traumatizing their senior dog [is]...he is sick...he has a history of seizures."

According to the website, "A seizure disorder in dogs doesn't always require medication...and if seizure meds are necessary they are generally inexpensive."

Lobo is currently available for adoption.

He is already neutered and appears to get along with small children and other dogs.
