The student, Annabelle Hopkins, found a white earring under the Trump family's seats after the RNC events on Wednesday. She soon realized it belonged to Trump's daughter Ivanka.

Hopkins was determined to return the earring and created the hashtag #GetIvankaherEarringBack:

Ivanka's team saw the Tweet, and contacted Hopkins to return the item in person. Hopkins then posted a picture of the two together:

In her Tweet, she said, "Thank you for helping us get the earring back to its owner! Only trying to be honest and kind here, life is good :)."
