Well, Estately has compiled a list ranking each state's ability to fend off the apocalypse and fight the undead.

The list is based off factors like fewest people per square mile, gun owners per capita, number of people who are cremated instead of buried, the percentage of the population that is physically active, and the amount of people who are interested in zombies at all.

After compiling their data, Estately has concluded the following:

The top three states where it would be easiest to survive are Montana, the potato fields of Idaho, and Alaska.

The bottom three states where you'd most likely lose to the zombies and find yourself wandering the streets looking for some flesh to munch on are Virginia, Rhode Island, and New York.

It leaves quite a few questions left to be answered: would the zombies in New York still be foodies? Will they swap out rainbow bagels in Brooklyn for rainbow brains?

Only time will tell.
