Some of Your Favorite Foods are Surprisingly Low in Calories

By Amanda Kabbabe and Sean Dowling, Buzz60

If you've ever tried to totally revamp your fitness, you've busted a myth or two about health. For example, you know that "fat free" doesn't necessarily mean it's healthy, and neither does "low in calories."

However, there are some options that are worth noting for being surprisingly more guilt-free than you realized.

For one, Kit Kats! An entire pack comes out to 210 calories. If you can resist the urge and only break off half the pack, that's just 105 calories. That's way less damage than most other candy bars.

Another low-guilt option is microwave popcorn. Jolly Time's Crispy 'n White Light version is just 25 calories per one cup serving. That's like chewing air!

Of course, those who are trying to be health-conscious should opt for low sodium varieties.

Can you believe a McDonald's hamburger with apple slices only comes out to a total of 265 calories?

While fries may sound way better, you're saving up to 300 calories by munching on some apples with your burger. Plus, that sweet and savory combo can be surprisingly good.

If you're health conscious enough to omit McDonald's as a fast food option no matter how low the calories are, try a Chipotle salad.

Skipping the cheese, tortilla and guacamole will not only save you money, but it'll also do wonders for your waistline.

Fill your bowl with carnitas, lettuce, beans, fajita veggies and salsa -- and your damage comes out to only 260 calories.

Of course, this list would not be complete without a drink to wash it all down.

Champagne only has 90 calories per glass, so it may be worth it to reward all your good-eating behavior with a glass of bubbly.
