Bindi Irwin congratulates Derek Hough on Emmy nomination with sweet post

Bindi Irwin and Derek Hough definitely were feeling the Emmys magic on Thursday!

The dancing duo, who competed on "Dancing With the Stars" together last year, celebrated Derek Hough's Emmy nomination for Outstanding Choreography with Instagram posts about each other.

Hough kicked off the lovefest by celebrating his nomination with a photo of himself with Bindi during their dancing days.

He captioned the sweet snap, "WOW!!! Thank you so much to the #Emmys for the nomination! Always such an honor!! I also want to thank my beautiful partner@bindisueirwin for inspiring me and allowing me to create for her. It was a such a special season:) I want to give a HUGE shout out to the@dancingabc production team for always bringing the choreographers ideas to life.

Hough and Bindi won season 21 of "Dancing With the Stars" with their emotional and energetic performances week after week. At several points during the season, the judges and audiences were reduced to tears after their performances.

Bindi, who is back in Australia working as a wildlife conservationist at the Australia Zoo, was equally enthusiastic about Hough's nomination. She posted a photo from Hough's visit to Australia and he's cradling a cuddly koala. She captioned her photo, "Wishing @derekhough and the entire @dancingabc family the biggest congratulations for the Emmy nominations. Incredibly blessed to have been a part of the magic that is created on the show. Derek, you inspire people all over the world every day through what you create, thank you for letting me be a part of the journey last year."
