U.S. Capitol on lockdown due to police activity

WASHINGTON, July 12 (Reuters) - The U.S. Capitol and all buildings in the Capitol complex were placed on lockdown on Tuesday as authorities investigated a report of someone with a weapon outside the building, U.S. Capitol police said.
