Over the last seven days, we've witnessed a wide range of events in the United States, from the celebration of Independence Day to multiple shootings that have taken the lives of both civilians and police officers.

We also saw severe weather from Nevada to China, the closing of the Buenos Aires Zoo, the end of Ramadan and the annual Running of the Bulls.
