Could you walk your way to a celebrity body?

According to celebrity trainer and wellness expert, Harley Pasternak, that's half the battle. The longtime trainer, who counts big stars like Kim Kardashian and Ariana Grande as clients, says the secret to some of Hollywood's best bodies is -- walking.

Pasternak requires his clients to jam through 14,000 steps a day and says even the average person should be churning out 10,000 steps a day to keep a fit physique. Pasternak told AOL that tracking steps is easier than ever too now that fitness trackers like Fitbit have come onto the market. Pasternak requires all of his A-list talent to wear a Fitbit (we recommend the Fitbit Blaze) so they can track their steps and a couple other key wellness pillars.

Also on the Pasternak recommended guide to getting a great physique?

1. Get at least 7 hours of sleep a night (which he recommends his clients track using the Fitbit app)
2. Eat 3 meals and 2 snacks with protein and fiber
3. Do at least 5 minutes of resistance training a day
4. Unplug for at least an hour a day

It's that easy! Five steps to a better body, and he says the Fitbit helps his clients track all of their other healthy habits as well. The app has dozens of features that funnel all the information from your Fitbit right to your phone and then allows his clients to also add in their own information -- like what they ate for the day.

Pasternak dished that with a tracker, it's hard to fib any of your information, which keeps his clients accountable and competitive. The trainer joked that his most competitive client was... Adam Levine.
