AJ Lehrman reveals the extreme lengths he took to catch his big break

Let AJ Lehrman serve as the perfect example for the time old saying "If there's a will, there's a way." The 17-year-old singer/songwriter has seen incredible success recently. Between his tours with Pentatnoix and S Club 7, his infectious new single "Tongues," and his almost 1 million social media fans, Lehrman has been solidifying his place in the music industry. And while he's reaping the benefits of his hard work now, don't be fooled into thinking that his career came easy.

Lehrman admits that at the start of his career, he would sent hundreds of emails to any and every music producer he could find on the internet. Most of the time his messages would be met with radio silence. But thankfully for the young pop vocalist, a handful of executives applauded his tenacity. "There were people who said yes and respected the fearlessness," he claims. It may have been an extreme length to go to, but luckily his big risk was met with big rewards.
